How can I change or cancel my order?
Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled, changed, or stopped. Contact us immediately as we only have minutes after your order is placed online before our automation cannot be stopped. We will try and assist you to the best of our ability. All cancellations require a confirmation from our customer service team.

Is there a minimum that I need to purchase in order to place an order with you?
No minimum purchase is required to order from us.

Do you offer wholesale pricing or any special pricing?
We offer special pricing for our business accounts, bulk order discounts on any order, Price Match Guarantee and we have many discounts/ promotions available does not matter your order volume.

What are your payment options? We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa Credit Cards, Most Debit Cards. Also company paper checks, wire transfers, and money orders with conditions. In addition, Government, School/University, and Corporate Purchase Orders are accepted. Credit approval is required prior to accepting the first purchase order. Do you ship to Canada? Yes, the shipping option will be available at check out.

How do I place an order with customization? Embroidery options are available right next to the Product Description on the same page as the item you want customizing. Company logos that have been set up will be available there as well.
