How can I change or cancel my order?
Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled, changed, or stopped. Contact us immediately as we only have minutes after your order is placed online before our automation cannot be stopped. We will try and assist you to the best of our ability. All cancellations require confirmation by our customer service team.

Is there a minimum that I need to purchase in order to place an order with you?
No minimum purchase is required to order from us.

How do I apply for a Business Credit Account:

Do you offer bulk order (large order) discounts?
Yes, we offer special pricing to large orders and resellers. You'll have to register with the website and add items to the cart, right below the "add to cart" you will see a symbol : , That's the quote symbol and the item and quantity you selected will be added to the cart . After you are done adding the items you want a quote on, you will go to your cart and click on Proceed to Submit Quote. If you do not see the symbol, please make sure you are logged into the site or email us at sales@workclothingwarehouse.com

What are your payment options?
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa Credit Cards, Most Debit Cards, and PayPal. Also company paper checks and money orders with conditions. In addition, Government, School/University, and Corporate Purchase Orders are accepted. Credit approval is required prior to accepting the first purchase order.

Do you ship to Canada?

How do I place an order with customization? Embroidery options are available right next to the Product Description on the same page as the item you want customized. If you have a customized logo and you approved the logo, it will also be in the embroidery section as an option to use.
